If you’re planning to travel this year, hopefully to Bolivia, now’s the perfect time to catch new opportunities and fresh perspectives. Keep in mind the weather, holidays, and events happening around the country to make the most of your trip, Bolivia and La Paz are full of cool surprises waiting for you!
Traveling here at the start of the year has its characteristics, it’s rainy season from January to March and some tours or hikes might be delayed or canceled due to weather, but this time of year also has its highlights:
Warmer temperatures in many parts of the country.
Stunning Salt Flats (Salar de Uyuni): During the rainy season, the flats transform into a massive natural mirror, creating surreal and unforgettable landscapes.
At Café del Mundo, we’ve already started packing away Christmas. I admit, most of it I could have taken out by December 26th, I just love starting the new year with a fresh feeling! But to keep the peace, we’ll leave the last of the decorations up until January 6th.
We’re gearing up for an exciting year with so many cool projects and ideas for 2025. Stay tuned, because we’ll be sharing all the details little by little. Goodbye, Christmas and 2024, hello 2025!
